Coach Amy (Founder & Trainer)

With a past as a runner, competitive whale boat racer and outrigger paddler, I cultivated a love for movement and the challenge of working towards and achieving personal physical goals. I then moved towards strength training and yoga and my ‘workout’ ethic helped me flourish in these practices. As I felt better inside and out and saw my body and mind change I became more confident then I had ever been. I will support you, help you enhance your current training practice, or help you get your swagger back! I believe in strengthening and lengthening/mobility in the body, and strengthening the heart and mind through community. Let’s work out!
When I’m not training a Shend, I am training myself (:, hanging with my family, listening to books or podcasts, walking my dog, hiking, stand up paddle boarding, or hanging with friends.

Jeff brings all of the energy every time he teaches a class! For me Shed Club is place to clear my mind. A place to reset. A place to grow. A place to be inspired. The workouts are challenging. Amy is simply the best! She positively encourages and motivates everyone to challenge themselves and to strive for more, all while being extremely inspiring and funny. She makes me laugh every time I do a virtual class or an online recording. ShedClub provides a great variety of classes that challenge you in different ways. Amy and Jeff bring an energy that just can’t be beat.
