I love that Amy challenges me to get out of my comfort zone. I have been a runner for 25 years but not doing very much strength training, so I knew that this was an area I wanted to work on. I have been a member of SC for a year now, and I have seen a huge difference in my endurance and strength as an athlete. I feel strong both physically and mentally. I love the energy I get from group training at Shed Club - it helps me get through the week!
